Creating new table option is not showing

Hi Experts!
 
I am new to Microsoft Dataverse and following Tutorial but in my enviroment which i created, it doesn't show "Table Create" Option it shows create new"Column and row" but entire Table now showing as shown in the Tutorials.

    That is ok, Microsoft occasionally has their documentation outdated since Power Platform updates are frequent. Selecting “columns and rows” will get you started with a simple table creation and column definitions. 
     
    if you start creating a table from a solution, you would see a different menu to start a table with all the properties.

    As per the previous poster, generally better practice to create within a Solution.  3 different ways to create the table, off that menu the "Set Advanced Options" is what would have been the traditional Create Table, and then you would add additional Columns to the Table after it was created.
