Is there any way to create a tool tips for the column fields in the "Model Driven App" . Please advise

The tooltip is automatically the Description on the field.

Please find the steps to enable Tool Tip,
Go to Make.powerapps.com--> then Expand Data--> then Expand Tables--> Open the Entities where you want to enable Tool tips --> then open the field then enter the Description
That's it.
If it's not working.
Then open Model Driven app --> then click Gear Icon at the top then select Advance Settings --> then select Customisation then Customize the system --> then Expand Entities --> then Expand the Entities where the field available --> then open the field where you want to input Tool Tip --> then Enter the Description field.

Thanks Ram for your response. Very helpful and can we do this directly inside the text box field ?
No when we move hover to the Label then only we can have tooltip enabled..
