Record Created By showing as 'systemuser'

I am trying to find the owner/record creator ID so that I can get the department. However, I can see that the record's default records are showing as 'systemusers'. How can I get the actual user who created the record?

are these records created programmatically or manually by a user? Open any user record, then from your power automate copy the GUID and replace it in the URL and see the user record.

Hi,

Where is the data you are looking at coming from? I would go into the DataVerse Power Apps Table View.

Add the Created By and Owner Columns, verify whats there and then do what Shashank suggested to find out who the user is.

Hi,

_createdby_type is store table name and user entity name is system users. you are getting GUID of user in _createdby_value based on that you can get information of user from system user entity.

I will be more clear.

I have a form that has a lookup to the Entra ID table. When the user selects another user through this form, I can see in Power Automate-Dataverse connector that these users are shown AADUSERS or SYSTEMUSERS.

For example, I can see the below AADUSER that is not me or anyone in the system. It is a system user, I think.

How can I get the actual user who is linked to my column?
