Hi Guys,

I want to display two forms on the same screen. But it doesn't work me.

I can add the form to the screen but when I run the application it shows"No items to display".

Could anyone help me with this?

Response to this will be more appreciated

Thanks in advance

Please note that a form usually displays a certain item (record) from a table. After binding the form to a table, you have to let it know which record to show. For example, set Form1.Item=First(Your_Source_Name)

This will "instruct" the form to display the first item. You can also use Lookup function to display other records.

This was related to a SharePoint list.

The two forms in the screen are of the different lists.

I need to display the two list forms in the same screen.

Please get me out of it.

    Thanks in advance.

The same applies to more than one forms on the same screen. Each form is bound to a table but usually displays the data of a single record from that table. You have to "let the form know" which record to display. Please see my previous comment on how to do this for each form.

    Naresh,

As @dinusc suggested, after configure the Data Source property of the form control, we need to configure the Item property in order to have the Form to display the related record.

Follow the steps below to check the Display Form control:

    1.

    1. Data Source property: SharePoint List,

    2. Item Property:  first(SharePoint List)

    Regards,

    Michael
