Is it possible to analyze outlook email with a custom agent built with Copilot Studio?

Hi All,

I was wondering if it is possible to use a custom Copilot Agent built with Copilot Studio to analyze outlook emails incoming from clients to highlight important elements and generate response drafts. The idea is not to use the out of the box Copilot present within outlook bu one that was customized in Copilot Studio.

it's possible by using event triggers, but it's still in preview, so it's not for production workloads. You can read more what's preview here: https://copilottoday.com/what-is-a-preview-feature-in-microsoft-products/.

I've looked at the documentation but couldn't find the use of triggers . Do you have any readings suggestions please!

Also for the link, it explains what the preivew mode means. Do you have any link nearby that shows Copilot studio features that are in preview mode.
