Enterprise website intergration with copilot

Hi,

 

I was looking at connecting the knowledge base to an intranet. I saw the option of Enterprise Website, but I do not have any other options to connect to.

 

Can you please show me how to do it?

    Hello,
     
    You only have direct options to use External Websites as knowledge source.
     
    For Enterprise Websites (sometimes hosted in Intranet), We might need to go for Actions to configure the connectivity.
     
     
    If your enterprise website exposes APIs for functionality (such as data retrieval, or other operations), you can integrate the API into Copilot Studio, even if the website itself is behind a firewall or hosted on an intranet.
    Just ensure your enterprise website has API endpoints available for use. Use Copilot Studio’s API integration capabilities to call these endpoints from the web app. The API can be hosted in a private network (intranet) and expose data or perform actions that the external web app (Copilot Studio) can consume.
