MSTeams Bot don't show messages

Hi Community,

A couple months ago, we deployed a bot into MSTeams, a few users told me that when opened the Bot, they don't show any messages like welcome or next steps, I notice into the MSTeams Store Apps, I saw two Bots, once say Build for your org and the other Empty

Any suggestions, thanks in advance.

Hi @esjimenezp ,

Are you using the same bot? Because looks like your bot has two different owners.

Also, did you check if the organization bot is working well for you?

Thank you @renatoromao ,

There's only one app into the Apps from MSTeams
And the Bot works well, but only the version Publisher by the company, any advice, thanks.
