Work with SharePoint Documents Tab Of Dynamics 365 CE In Canvas Apps

Hi All,

 

Is there any way to work with SharePoint Documents that integrated into Dynamics 365 CE?

 

We have enabled SharePoint Integration with Dynamics 365 CE and on the Account table/entity record we can see Documents tab that shows list of documents from SharePoint. We have to implement similar kind of feature into the Canvas App (Power Apps). Is there way to show list of Documents under Account record in Canvas App? 

 

Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi @Ancy,

     

    There should be a Document Locations table in Dataverse which you can use to retrieve the absolute and/or relative url of the Documents tab of a specific Account. With a SharePoint connection to the SharePoint library you could retrieve a list of documents (by filtering on FolderPath).

     

    Below is an example of that approach.
