ReportWe are a SaaS product in the legal services market. We are fully built on the PoweApps (MDA) platform. We are not a Dynamics plugin or addin--a fully "custom" solution. We (obviously!) love the platform approach. However, in discussions with new investors the issue of "you don't own the platform" has come up and particularly as relates to SaaS valuations. I'm very interested in experience others have had, and the counter argument. I don't want to be dismissive of the negative view, but substantively addresses why--in 2022 and with Microsoft's PowerApps strategy--this is a "dated" viewpoint. And maybe someone @microsoft has a thought on the topic!
