Connect Power Apps to Azure Data Lake

My team is trying to establish a connection or data flow in Power Apps to our Azure Data Lake. When we try to sign in, we keep getting the error "account not found". The region for our main power apps dev environment was not correct, so we tried creating a new dev environment and setting the region to our current one. We still have the same error. How do we get this link to work?

just curious — it looks like the issue is related to the user account (your email), not Power Query or a dataflow. It seems more like a Microsoft account issue. I’d suggest trying to log in using the Edge browser or a different browser if you believe the account you’re using is valid.

@developerAJ , my company doesn't allow browser sign-ins, but I am signed into the correct account in Power Automate. I have tried in Edge and Chrome.

I understand that the company does not allow browser profiles. You can try using incognito mode — this sometimes works. Beyond that, there’s not much anyone else can do since it’s more related to the authentication of your Microsoft account. I’d suggest creating a ticket with Microsoft support or reaching out to your IT admin team
