Issue with daily message limit despite inactivity on my family account in Microsoft Copilot

For the past few days, I've been receiving repeated notifications about reaching the daily message limit in Microsoft Copilot, even though I haven't sent any messages through the platform for at least two days. I'm using a family account and have provided my email address and phone number.

Could you please explain why I'm receiving this notification despite being inactive? Is there possibly an issue with my account or the daily limit system? I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.
