How to realize dynamic match in power apps

Hello,

I am a freshman to power apps and I have searched on google and youtube, but I still have below question in my first trial in power apps built up.

Here I want to make a power apps for daily use, when the user selected the data in brand, grammage, size and ream fields, I hope there will be suggested answer in stock from customer field to limit the selection range. (If there will also be suggested answer in stock from batch and quantity field, it will be better, but I know I have to realize it step by step.)

I also have a raw data Excel sheet about stock in teamsite and will update automatically once an hour. In this sheet, we can get all these information I have mentioned above, but up to now, I don't know how to connect to it in power apps and make my thoughts come true.

Hi @Yiqian ,

Focussing on your comment I also have a raw data Excel sheet about stock in teamsite and will update automatically once an hour, if you use Excel as a Data Source, you cannot edit it while Power Apps is open, nor do any additions outside Power Apps at any time. The best way to approach this would be to use SharePoint or Dataverse as the Data Source and then use Power Automate to refresh it when required.

Hello,

Many thanks for your reply. I have tried to move the data to Sharepoint and now it could be connected successfully.
But may I know that function I should use to realize when the user select the data in brand, grammage, size and ream fields, there will be suggested answer in stock from customer with a dropdown list?

You would need cascading drop-downs - this video should give you a good start.
