In PowerApps, can we use if conditions for Screen size for  screen sizebreakpoints to make screens more responsive.

    If you are saying, can you add If statements to controls and change their size yes, but I dont' know what Size Break Points are
     
    But yes you can dynamically check and change things which I think you are asking.
