Hi Gurus,
I have successfully followed Shane Young's youtube video on how to create a PDF from a collection of data and save it to my onedrive. Simple.
To explain what I need to achieve....
I have created a simple 'audit application' where I go to sites and provide a summary of what was discussed and raise actions. The application allows me to raise actions that get saved to a collection. Then when i submit my final report, the collection is saved to a Sharepoint list and converted to a PDF and saved on my onedrive.
However, I would like to send my audit report with summary comments, the PDF action plan (as an attachment) all from PowerApps and send it to whoever via email I specify. Is this possible?
I am struggling after I create the PDF, how do I get it back into powerapps and upload it as an attachment to send along with my audit report. Note: I am not using flow at the moment to send any emails (only to create the PDF from the data collection) sending emails this is all done in from Powerapps using the Send Email function.
Thank you!
Hi @Enriquitio ,
It would be much easier to send the email from the Flow with the attachment you just created, You can get all the parameters from Power Apps. You also need a flow attaching anything other than something already in Power Apps such as an attachement, camera photo or signature.
