Need to show user total working hours and percentage in a week and month.

Hi Team,

       D365 Table contains columns are user name-lookup(user),Date,Hour

canvas app added dataverse table.

My requirement is show the working hour percentage of users in daily wise and weekly wise and monthly wise.

Table contains no.of users  calculate users total hours and percentages.

 8hours/day only.

Output like below

Daily output like below

How can achieve this requirement,  Unable to get the  correct approachment.

    Hi Junior PA Dev,

    Dataverse will be great at storing the raw data into a table, but if you're after aggregate data then you are likely to need some form of report on the data, or a process to compile the data into the aggregated format.  
    The simplest method would be to point a chart at the table. Something like a pie chart is a simple way to represent percentages of a whole. Obviously this doesn't meet your direct requirements, but might be a simple way to start tackling the problem. 

    To present the aggregated data in the way you're describing, I'd set up a PowerBI report that hooks into the Dataverse table, aggregates the data, then presents the aggregated data in the format you want (plus a chart or 2  to aid visualization and encourage exploration). Once the PowerBI report is set up the way you want, bring it into the Canvas app. This will be a relatively long and complex process, so make sure this report is going to be valuable enough to justify the effort.
