I plan to build a process following the orders:
1. Create a Microsoft form to collect opinions from staff (a). From 10-20 questions with two options: Yes or No
2. After the form is submitted, an automatic email will be sent to another staff (b) (we can fill out the recipient). Here, the recipients will select two options: agree or disagree with each question in the form.
3. Next step: the supervisor will receive an email/Form (please advise me) including disagreeable options, and they will decide whether these options are resolved. If the supervisor says yes, the form will be saved to a master data (excel file), if not, the reply email will be sent to staff (a) and (b) and repeat step 2.
4. Finally, we can export a data table for each staff.
More requirements: the platform can replace a MS form to copy/ paste a picture from the recipients.
