I created a very simple flow where a document needs to be approved. The trigger is set when a file is created/modified. I get following error:

Same issue here. It has been working fine for a year. It suddently stopped working a week ago and all approval history disappeared from the approvers' Flow portal.
Any fixes on this. I am having the same problem. Really annoying...
I am having the same issue with a Flow that has been successfully deployed to many other tenants without issue.
