Error while trying to publish the app

Hi all,

I am getting this error while I try to publish the app. Any idea of the reason behind this?

Hi There,

1.Try creating and publishing a new blank test app in the same environment; if that also fails, the issue is environment/service-level, not app-specific.
2.If only this app fails, clone it (Save As) and try publish the clone; if still failing, collect correlation ID + timestamp and raise a ticket with Microsoft support including the captured network trace.

Hi @MB-20010955-0,

I have been getting that one spasmodically for about a week, Go the the Versions Details > Versions, select the relevant one and choose Publish this version icon at the top - it works every time for me. A lot of times you will see that it is already published and the message was an error.

Go to App → Version History, then select the version you want to publish and click Publish to restore that working version.
