re-position controls

Hi, I have a form, with a few controls that linked to a SharePoint list.

The problem is that I cannot reposition the controls easily, when I click and drag the control (card) it only allows me to move the card in a layout structure, I want to card to sit in its own row, where nothing is on the right, the next cards should start on another row. Whay is this not possible?

I'm using the online version of Powerapps (make.powerapps.com) to create the powerapp. Is there a client app that has greater functionality?

Just make the width of the card the same as the width of the Form and it will take its own line.

Is there a client based PowerApps application or is it online only?

Power Apps is a cloud-based app, however there is an App in the Microsoft store for playing on the local PC instead of the browser. The app itself however is still in the cloud.
