Hi All,
We receive an email about "You’re running out of AI Builder capacity".
The email was received today. Fri 16/02/24 and the events happened on Wed 14/02/24. (See attached)
I'm not sure where this credits have been used and what for.
We have all full plans for PVA/Copilot and Dynamics 365 and unfortunately, we cannot find any description anywhere about the AI credit usage.
Any help will be great.

Users will get this message when their AI Builder credit usage exceeded then available. Please check any of your flow or app using AI builder prebuilt or custom model. Usually when the credits are over we need to procure more add on AI Builder credit and restrict which environment can use these credits. Since you have PVA, co pilot licenses MS has added some AI credits to your environment and that might be fully utilized now.

Thank you for your quick reply.
I haven't got any pre-built or custom model built with PVA or Power Automate and all the messages were received on the same day.
There is nowhere to find any custom model or anything related to AI Builder from my user a I am the only one that have access to it.
I will investigate a little more and will update this thread.
