Power Apps Development environment Issue in Philippine user

Hello, I have been facing issues in a development environment since morning (September 16) which I don't have any issues for the past weeks. My other colleagues from other countries are not facing these errors even using the same user account. The first screenshot is encountered when opening a form and the next one is when loading the solution.
