Hi,

A User within my organisation is receiving the error message "Network error when using Patch function: The requested operation is invalid" whenever they try to save/submit a form on SharePoint. I don't use Patch in any of the formulae I've written but I do use 'SubmitForm'. This error does not occur for me (creator of the app), I am able to use the form as normal. The error is only occurring for this user, at this moment of writing.

I'm unsure to what the root cause is, as I have tried other supposed solutions on similar forum threads relating to this issue i.e. checking user permissions, using the monitor tool (everything succeeded, no errors), but nothing seems to fix the error for the User.

Any possible ideas as to why this error still occurs?

Hi @ZacB ,

Firstly SubmitForm is actually a Patch function that the Form does for you, however any error that only occurs for one user is almost inevitably permissions related, so you might double-check that.

I thought this'd be the case. I'll double check this now and hopefully that should resolve it.
