PVA isnt that popular so hard to read some guides. but i want to create a helpdesk bot in which the bot asks some questions, like PC name and stating their problem. so once they are done it sends a mail to the helpdesk mail and the user also recieving one as confirmation.

Hope its possible

You can easily achieve this by using Power Automate flows.
