I'm trying to build a copilot chatbot , my intention is that user will enter the ticket number then chatbot should be able to fetch the ticket details like status, assignment group, last update , updated time , assignee etc . i will be uploading the ticket dump with all details in generative AI. please let me know how to make my copilot to fetch the ticket details from the dump and provide as a chatbot response.
