Error when creating a virtual table in dataverse from a sharepoint list

I am trying to create a virtual table in dataverse from a sharepoint list. But getting following errors:

Or, sometimes the error is:
"Could not find an entity with name none and id 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 (93346590)."
