some of our users have Team Member licenses, because they don't do operational tasks in the system but need to look at Accounts or other data some times.
The issue is that the App ID for the Team Member App is different than the App that the other People use (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
So you need to manually change the App Id every time that you receive a link.
Everything that links to a record cannot be opened.
This is absurd. The change for the License Enforcement from Microsoft itself is absurd itself..
But is there any solution to this?
The user experience is anyways not the best in Dynamics and this further reduces it.
This way a lot of our users instantly think "what a retarded system"....
