Runtime Error: An error occured on the server for datetime

String was not recognized as a valid datetime.

I don't (think!) this is having any adverse effect as i am pulling through the data still, but this never came up before.

My date filter is of the form

Date = Text(DataCardValue_Date_1.SelectedDate,"[$-en-GB]yyyy-mm-dd")

I use this because it can be delegated and doing

Date=DataCardValue_Date_1.SelectedDate

does not get delegated.

    Hi @xzDan ,

    Could you please share more details about the error message within your app?

    Could you please share a bit more about your data source? Is it a SQL Table or a SP list?

    Further, could you please show more about your Filter formula in your app?

    If you want to filter your data source records based on the date time type column, I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:

    Filter(
     'YourDataSource',
     Value(Text(Date, "[$-en-GB]yyyymmdd")) = Value(Text(DataCardValue_Date_1.SelectedDate, "[$-en-GB]yyyy-mm-dd"))
    )

    If the Runtime Error still exits, please consider take a try to re-create a new connection to your data source, Or re-create a new app and add a new connection to your data source, then take a try with above formula I provided, then check if the issue is solved.

    Also please consider take a try to turn off/disable the "Improved app rendering (final validation)" option and "Explicit column selection" option within Advanced settings of App settings of your app, re-publish your app, then check if the issue still exists.

    Best regards,

    Thank you,
