How to make two buttons unique when using OnSelect

Hi Team

 

I have two buttons and want to use Onselect for each, then notice when before submit buttons must be disabled but each time one activated they both becomes one especially if all fields from the form are inserted and no empty field. How do i then make them unique so that each wont be affected if one is disabled?
