Reaching out since we are facing issue with the dropdown in a application after the latest update. This is only happening in the IE browser (as far as we know). The repro steps are:

Open Internet Explorer (IE)
Open the app – “XXXXXXXX”
Go to the input a conflict screen
Open a dropdown
Dropdown control opens in a different part of the screen but the selection happens where it is opened.
