I would use Monitor to try to figure out the issue better. That error stinks and its standard.
1. Close the App
2. Go to the App Tab on Home Page
3. Find your app
4. Click the ... on the line of your App, Select Details => Monitor
5. Once Monitor loads click the Play Published App
6. Cause your issue
7. Go back to Monitor Tab
8. Filter (top right), Error
It will being up any lines that had errors. most lines that have errors will have 1-4 Lines for the same error
You need to find your error, and fine the SPECIFIC line that shows 4 tabs in the right side window. In the 4th tab (response), expand header and Body
In the body most likely (not the header) it will give a detailed message as to what is wrong, it will be much better than this popup.
If you need more help paste the error here and can help otherwise it should truly point you to exactly whats wrong.
