Agent Flows Licensing

Hi I have a question about licensing around Agent's flow and using the connectors.
 
Before when I created a flow via the agent I use to be taken to power automate page, now i'm being taken to Agent Flow.
 
The billing table says Agent flow are not included but also lists Power Automate for Copilot Studio cloud flows as not included and Premium and custom Power Platform connectors as included.
 
So, I guess where i want clarity/confirmation is, when i build an agent flow:
1. Am i billed for standard connectors
2. Am i billed for premium connectors

    Hi,
     
    Agent flows consumes Copilot Studio capacity messages, for both standard and premium connectors.
    According to the table in this article Agent flows consumes 13 messages pr 100 actions Billing rates and management - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn
