How to build a PowerApp or Microsoft Form to show available lessons?

I want to build either a Microsoft Form or PowerApp so parents can request music tuition online.

Depending on which school their child attends will determine which lessons are available and therefore which instrument they will need. Could anybody point in the right direction?

That's going to be best suited for a Microsoft Form. A PowerApp will require the users to have a login and license to your Office 365 environment to use.

This should be fairly simple with a Form. You can have a dropdown where they select what School their child goes to. You can use what's called "Branching" in Microsoft Forms to show/hide the Lesson dropdowns depending on the School value selected.
