I am having a problem in the Field Service Mobile app where a custom page I built will not display on mobile devices. I can Play the app from power apps and select the same iPhone I use, and the page renders great, but when I actually attempt to open the page on the mobile interface, it only displays a blank screen.
I know this page is enabled for mobile devices and I can't figure out why it functions perfectly in the same environment on a computer, but nothing even displays on a mobile device. If anyone has encountered this issue or has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Mobile-Enabled Setting: Ensure the custom page is explicitly marked as enabled for mobile devices in the Power Apps Studio. Go to the custom page's Settings > Details and ensure "Available for mobile" is enabled.
Field Service Mobile App Version: Ensure the Field Service Mobile app on your device is updated to the latest version. Older versions may not fully support custom pages. Power Platform Updates: Confirm that your environment has the latest updates applied to avoid compatibility issues.
Unsupported Controls or Features: Some controls or components used in Power Apps might not be supported on mobile devices.
Replace custom or third-party controls with native Power Apps controls. Avoid using components or connectors that are not optimized for mobile.
