Online excel to power app for date type

I have created an excel online and connected to power app.

all data transfer from excel to power app (vice versa) are ok except for date type.

I transferred date from power app date picker to excel its working using patch function

but when i retrieve same date from excel to power app its showing some random date .

how to transfer date from excel online to power app .

please some throw some light

Excel does not store dates as dates, but rather as numbers. There is a conversion for this, but you are much better off storing them as Text and converting them with DateValue() to read them and Text() to store them. Or you could switch the SharePoint (if you have it a very good idea for many reasons) and a date will work.
