When I changed the icon in PVA for channel MS Team.
After that, when I opened MS Team the icon left-sidebar is not visible clearly.

It can take several days (3-4+ days) for the Teams app cache to clear and for new icons and/or names to show up. One thing you can do to expedite this process is sign out of your account on the Teams app and then sign back in.
If you see the correct icon, and the issue is how grayed out it is, I’d change the color to white in the same UI you upload the bot icon and I’d ensure your new icon isn’t partially transparent and that’s why the black background is bleeding in.
