Hello Community.
I would like to know if there is a way to "trigger" one specific topic being inside a different topic. I'll try to explain below:Let us say that I am inside the topic called "General" and at some point, I need PVA to take the user to a different topic (eg.: access). Is there a way to do that? Triger topic "access" when I am already inside topic "general"?
Thanks
Hi @JosePedro_Bueno ,
Yes, you can use the "Go to another topic" action.

I'll try that solution, but what I am wondering is if when I am inside the topic "General" and the user types a trigger phrase for topic "Access", if PVA can make that "redirection" and start the "Access" flow
@JosePedro_Bueno ,
If the user sent a phrase from a trigger phrase to another topic, the PVA bot will redirect the user to that topic, except in one situation:
- PVA bot CANNOT redirect user to another topic when they are waiting for an answer from the end-user.
e.g.
General topic
Bot: Hi, I'm Renato's bot
Bot: What is your name? (question: user entire response)
User: I want to see the access details
In the case above, the bot will recognize the user's answer as the main answer for that question.
...but if you are ending the topic (not only for general, all topics) with a message (NOT A QUESTION), any message from the end-user will be recognized as a new topic. In that case, you don't need to redirect the user to another topic, it'll be redirected automatically using the PVA AI capabilities.
In if my last "interaction" with the user is a message, whatever the user types next will trigger the appropriate topic?Using your example
Bot: What is your question? (question: user entire response) == If this is a just a message, instead of a question, when the user types the message bellow, that would trigger the topic "Access" right?
