Is it possible to use Power Automate to add task in a Teams Planner when the Planner is in a Teams organisation where I am a guest?

I have created a power automate flow to create tasks from an excel. When building this the valid group IDs is only from the teams organization I origin from and no the teams I am guest in. I have tried to make group ID and Plan ID as input in the flow and take the actual source from the URL, see picture. However, my flow then fails when executing in Excel.

How can I use the tool in order to help the organisations where I am a guest? Can it be adjusted with accesses or not possible? Is it possible to share the power automate flow outside the organisation?
