Hi admin,

Before I tested the trigger in agent and it generate a flow with step execute copilot, but this step run for long time then return not implemented, I still able to test it with the test trigger in agent and select the latest trigger of the event

however now the execute copilot run success in flow not and I assume that its should auto trigger the agent to call the action like how I tested the trigger, but its not and I sill need to test the trigger manually or send the message to bot

Is it need to wait or do something other thing for the trigger to work auto.

pls try the following:

1. Verify the Trigger Configuration
Ensure the trigger is correctly configured in Copilot Studio: Go to Copilot Studio > Topics > Trigger Configuration. Check the event trigger configuration and ensure it matches the event in Power Automate.

2. Check Flow Connection Settings
Open the Power Automate flow and verify: The Execute Copilot action has the correct connection. The connection is authenticated and valid (re-authenticate if necessary).

3. Test the Copilot Trigger Independently
Use the Test Trigger feature in Copilot Studio: Go to the trigger in the agent and manually test it. Ensure that the action initiates correctly and returns a response.

4. Check Flow Logs for Delays or Errors
Review the Power Automate run history: Open the specific flow run. Look for any errors or long-running steps in the Execute Copilot action.

5. Confirm the Agent Action
Ensure the agent is correctly configured to handle the event triggered by the flow: In Copilot Studio, verify that the action tied to the trigger is active and configured properly.

just FYI - agent triggers is a preview feature and shouldn't be used for production environment, see docs: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/authoring-triggers-about.
