The PowerApps form which I have created for SharePoint list stopped loading and is throwing following error in console

Note that 'script-src-elem' was not explicitly set, so 'script-src' is used as a fallback.
The form works fine if I use the default SharePoint List form. This has been working fine, started facing this issue today onwards. Any pointers to fix the issue will be of great help.
If you are seeing a powerApps customized form stuck in loading while opening from SharePoint. The problem has been already fixed and deployed to all regions.
Please clear your browser cache.
If you are using Chrome or Chromium Edge you can press Ctrl+ Shift + Delete to clear cache and then try again.
Let me know if this works for you.
I got an answer from Microsoft on my ticket that they identified the problem and will fix it in the next 6 hours.
PS. When I installed New Edge browser, I was able to open Power Apps forms.
Everyone, please make sure you log a TICKET, hopefully this will speed-up the process:

Also see below, someone had exactly the same issue as me in October 2019:
This is happening for me too. I am new to PowerApps so I don't want to touch anything if I don't have to. I've already wasted almost an entire day on this when I have other urgent tasks to take care of. I HATE!!! going back over something that was supposed to be working already.
I have another SharePoint list, which displays the automatically built form with no problem.
So I figured that if SharePoint/PowerApps automatically built the original form for me, it could do it again if I deleted the one that suddenly stopped working. Unfortunately, I can't find anywhere to delete it. Seems the only way to make this happen is to create a whole new SharePoint list.
So then I went back to the problem app and tried to delete as much from there as possible. Then I opened another app that works side by side and copied all the values and formulas and so on. That seemed to work but I noticed that the width wasn't right. There was a sideways scrollbar. I went back to edit the form, and saw that the controls were wider than the edit form. I made all the controls narrower to fit, and - voilà! - problem back! And I haven't been able to get it working again for the last 3 hours.
I have an entire department in our company making use of the SharePoint Online list ( I use it as sort of a ticketing system where queries are logged and responses are given), therefore it has a MAJOR impact on our business as none of the users can edit a list item or create a new list item.
I have also logged a ticket to Microsoft but I've noted that this issue was logged in SEP 2019 so I am wondering if the person who logged it or anyone else managed to sort out their problem and if so HOW? 🙂
Exactly , same situation alot of users use this sharepoint as a main system in my company!
I hope they fix it very soon , or atleast find a solution!
Was this fixed as I am now having the same issue? It has been working perfectly for months and now all of a sudden the form does not open when we need to add new items or edit items.
I have a lot of user who relies on this SharePoint list to do their work, now because of this they can't.
Is there a solution??
We have the same problem on all our lists with customized forms. It does not matter what browser or what list, it is just spinning the circle.
I have the same problem ,
sharepoint list has been working fine untill this morning!
it keeps buffering but doesnt display any forms on chrome!
any solutions????this is very important 😞
Our powerapp for our SharePoint list has been working for months and suddenly it stopped loading this morning. We use Chrome and we just see a spinning circle with no error message.
I have tried:
Internet Explorer works, but we cannot use IE in our environment for other reasons. So, it would be great to be able to get Chrome to work. This is a high priority business use so I am trying everything. Any suggestions are welcome!
Thanks
