Tooltip and if statement

I have a gallery where I have added 2 icons and set their visibility dependent on a toggle somewhere else in the app.

This works fine, my Gallery now shows the correct Icon according to the value of the toggle I have on another screen.
Now i wanted to help my users with a "Tooltip" text and I did this:

If(ThisItem.ManagerCanView = "Yes",
"Your manager can see this as you gave them permission",
"Your mannager can't see this as you didnt give them permission")

This only works on my first element in the gallery and it correctly states that my manager cant see as they don't have perms.
On the rest of the elements in the Gallery there are no tooltips.

What am I doing wrong??

    Hi @Push ,
Can you please let me know on which property and control you are using the below formula -

    If(ThisItem.ManagerCanView = "Yes",
"Your manager can see this as you gave them permission",
"Your mannager can't see this as you didnt give them permission")

If ManagerCanView is of type boolean, please use below formula -

    If(ThisItem.ManagerCanView,
"Your manager can see this as you gave them permission",
"Your mannager can't see this as you didnt give them permission")

I am using the Tooltip to present the "text" for the users.

The manager is a toggle on a different screen. The formula works fine on the first 2 elements in the gallery. The last element doesn't show any text tho. So I was wondering what I am doing wrong.

    Hi @Push ,

    What's the visibility for Tooltip?

Since it may affect other users also.

Also what if 'ThisItem.ManagerCanView' is blank? Handle this scenario if you want to display anything else for this.

    Hope it helps

    Ok, found "the error".
I am using 2 different icons for this and my icon 2 didn't have anything in the Tooltip.

So in order to optimize the app I have deleted one of the Icons so i now only have 1.

On this one icon I have made an If statement in its "Icon" property that decides witch Icon it presents.

Saves me the hassle of having to write same/similar logic in more that 1 place and my app has 1 element less now.
