Canvas App: HelpDesk relation with SharePoint List

Hello,

 

I have created the Canvas based application "HelpDesk" and it's working fine over the mobile.

 

The problem is, while I am creating the PBI reporting and fetch the OData Feed > UserInformationList. The problem is over the datasource for HelpDesk,

 

- The authorID and assignedID is not what I am selecting over the mobile app.

Suppose, on HelpDesk

The author is Ahmed Alam with AuthorId "9"

but on UserInformationList with id "33"

 

Similarly for assignedID

 

I have tried the same thing before 4 months ago and it was working fine but here I am unable from where the HelpDesk is getting the ID.
