Hello ,

I have a data table in Excel file, which contains 150000 rows of data. I have attached this file to the knowledge folder. When I enter a certain associated serial number, I hope the agent can return me detailed associated values, but the current agent cannot do so, I tried to put the data in the SharePoint list and associate it, but it couldn't return a clear value to me, Is there any other way to input the serial number and receive detailed information from the agent .

Please share pictures of your configuration, knowledge etc. We really need to see what you did and what you are doing to help you. Anything else would be bad guessing

HI @Michael E. Gernaey ,

I used to upload the entire table as knowledge, but the results were not good. So I split this database into 35 tables and created an index file, which marked the file name corresponding to which serial number . I haven't done any other operations yet

please see the agent answer , I input the number and I am sure the number in the knowledge , but agent can not find it in knowledge .

is the field a string or a number?

I see the trigger says unknown intent can you fix that.

What are your Boost conversational coverage settings?

Could I ask for a small example. Like a single row, where it has the input and the output on the same line so I can see your data. Even if you make up fake data in Excel, as long as its a good fake thats ok. I can even try to repro it myself if I had one of your files.
