How to read and parse email body?

Can I setup a model to read and parse an email body similar to how it parses an invoice document? 

 

We have vendors that put information in the email body and would like to setup a model to read the information, but I can't seem to find a way to do that.

    Hi @georgemaka - thanks for the question! One way to achieve this is by convertign the email to a PDF file, that way you can then process it with AI Builder. Here is how to do it using the OneDrive for business connector:

    Let us know how it goes if you give it a try! We're also looking to make this easier within AI Builder in a future update so there's no need to convert to PDF.
