Working with the hyperlink field in PowerApps seems to be a nightmare. I have a hyperlink field in my custom form. in PowerApps it comes as text.
the problem is if the user doesn't enter a valid hyperlink and just enters some text then the form doesn't submit to the list.
it doesn't throw any error just closes the form and disappears.
I was looking to reset the field if the entered data is not a valid URL.
I do have a regex on the On change event of the text field but it is very inconsistent.
sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
is there a better way to handle
