Re: how to set the default text in a field to be italicized?

@iAm_ManCat , Hello sir and sorry to bother you. I have a quick question and I hope you can point me in the right direction:

I have a text input field and I need to insert a single letter in "Italic" for instance: E-Project 101

This is only if the user request the "E" to be in italic, meaning sometimes is required sometimes not.

Could be this possible?

    Hi @sajarac 

     

    There is no way to do italics for a single character when using a normal text input field, the italics property for that control is for the whole control.

     

    You will need to use a Rich Text control and the field type will have to be Multiple lines of text with Rich Text flag enabled - then the user can add italics for any character they want, also bold and other formatting.
