I can't publish my Bot at all

whenever I try to publish my Bot, I get the following message: 

 

There was a problem when publishing your Bot. Please try again later.

Diagnostic Trace Id: Trace id not available. Headers: {}

 

Any ideas how to solve this ?

    Try to close your topic and open it again.

    If the issue persists, try to sign-out and sign-in in to your Microsoft account.

    IF the issue persists, open a ticket inside the Power Virtual Agents support, Microsoft can help you
