I got this error trying to connect Business Central.
I have try with different user and password, and even if I use a wrong user, I always got same error
Hi @ProyectoERP1 ,
Did you followed steps in below documentation to connect to your Business Central Data?
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/across-how-use-financials-data-source-powerapps
For the OData URL, you can copy the OData V4 URL of any of the web services that are listed on the Web Services page in Business Central, such as https://mycompany.businesscentral.dynamics.com:7048/MS/ODataV4/.
https://mycompany.businesscentral.dynamics.com:7048/MS/ODataV4/
For the Company Name, use the name that is shown in the Name field on the Company Information page in Business Central. If your Business Central contains multiple companies, choose the relevant company name from the list on the Companies page. In both cases, make sure that the name that you specify in the PowerApps wizard matches exactly the text shown in Business Central, such as My Company.
My Company
For the username and password, use the name and web service access key that are specified for your account on the Userspage in Business Central. For example, your username is ADMIN, and the web service access key that serves as your password is EgzeUFQ9Uv0o5O0lUMyqCzo1ueUW9yRF3SsLU=.

Hi Mona,
Yes, I follow this steps and I got the error.
Hi @v-monli-msft ,
I have experienced the same issue when I try to create a new connection to Business Central on prem.
The OData URL works on the internet explorer,
The navuserpassword is set in the NAV service.
The public web key also works.
Could you please assist?
@ProyectoERP1 Have you been able to resolve the connection error?
Thank you,
Javier

Hi,
Is the problem already resolved? I'm having the same issue connecting to BC on premise.
Thanks!
Sorry, I haven't found a solution to this issue.
Cheers,
I'm having the same issue connecting to BC on premise. Is the problem already resolved?
I'm using BC user name and Web Services Access Key.
Thank you all!
The work around I used for this connection problem is the on-premises data gateway, directly connected to my SQL database. I tried using the API but still having a problem during GET and POST.
Are you trying to use a bespoke NAV API page? It seems that this is not supported yet for On-prem installations. It looks that we can only use that set of standard API pages in BC (Cloud version).
In my case, I have connected to the SQL database through a gateway or developed a Custom Connector in Powerapps which allows you to connect to BC (Cloud) without any issues.
