Creating Planner Tasks from a new Sharepoint item in a List View

Hey all,

I am trying to create a flow that only creates a Planner Task specific to a filtered view (State - Location) of a Share Point register when a new item is added to it. The problem I have is that my current flow creates a new planner task for every item (Nationally) added to the sharepoint site, this then requires me to manually delete the planner tasks for the other states.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
