PowerApps not displaying the right date

Hi Everyone, 

 

I am reading a table from an Excel file but I am struggling with Powerapps reading incorrectly a date.

I am trying to present in a gallery some fields of a larger table. AntecipatedWinDate is one of those. In the Excel table the column is defined as a date column.

But in PowerApps it brings a string value instead of a date value

and if I declare it is a date value using DateValue(), it converts do a different date

What am I missing here?

    Hi @Anonymous 

     

    You can get around this with the following logic:

     

    DateAdd(Date(1900,1,1), 
     44916 -2 , 
     Days
    )
