Cannot upload simple .docx or .xlsx files to copilot studio knowledge

I've tried uploading several different file types to copilot studio and either get "error" or stuck in "in progress".  There is very little content in these files, a simple table. Has anyone experience the same and figured out a way to successfully upload knowledge files?  examples of files attached.

    Hmmm no I haven't seen that. Is this a trial or are any parts in trial or devloper environments?

    after 6 hours of waiting, the files started to move into the ready status. maybe it was a temp issue on the server side...

    still an issue, after trying to upload a new file, it sits in "in progress" for a LONG time. the files are tiny.

    I'm having the same issue. I have a valid license and I imported this bot to another environment (from the Default environment to a Sandbox) and the Knowledge base documents keep processing forever. It's been over 18h and I'm still waiting. What can be the issue?

    when i have the problem i have few solutions 
     
    1 : change the name of the document because something went wrong first time and i don't know why but if you keep the same name and re upload it will for ever bug
    2 : add the document in a sharepoint or one drive and use it as data source
    3 : if at the begining of the agent : restart a new one : something went wrong at creation : it happen sometime when microsoft update copilot studio when i m working.... often happen thursday and friday, very often on those days since the build in may.
